Last autumn I was invited to teach yoga to the students of the RNCM. Many moons ago I was a student there myself so it has been really good to go back and work with the students, introducing them to the benefits of yoga and its related practices.

I’m going to be returning there this month to help them to prepare for the stressful exam season with yoga and breath work. It's a real privilege to work with young people and I feel passionate about sharing all of this 'yoga stuff' with them to help ease their journey into the adult world.
